To view security certificates

  1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

 

 

  1. Click the Content tab.
  2. Under Certificates, click the Certificates or Publishers buttons to view the list of current certificates that you trust.

 

 

  1. Select the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab.
  2. Locate "Education and Research Client CA" and double click.

 

 

 

  1. Choose the Details tab of the Certificate dialog box
  2. Scroll down the Details tab and highlight Thumbprint.  You should see a Thumbrpint value of:

 AD4A A965 327D 4E1C 907E 4D4F D559 E51E C543 3D74

 

 

 

 

 

Netscape Navigator:

 

1.        Open the Security Info window by clicking the padlock icon.

 

 

 

 

2.        Select Certificates, then Signers.

 

 

 

3.       Choose the CREN certificate from the list, then click Edit.

 

 

 

 

4. The CREN Certificate Fingerprint should be:

    22:D7:71:75:B6:80:6F:A1:55:AA:0E:24:1D:3D:8D:EA
